Terms of Purchase
You should receive your wine in 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. We are required by law to obtain a signature of an adult over 21 years of age for each shipment. please ensure that an adult is present to receive your wine.
Currently we only ship to the state of California. ALL ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. You as the buyer are solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products.
We are required by law to obtain the signature of an adult over 21 years of age for each shipment. Please ensure that an adult is present to receive your wine shipment.
By placing this order, you authorize us to engage on your behalf to deliver your order to you.
